Terms of Service (Breakfast Ball, Livy Labs LLC, California; last updated Oct 20, 2025): By using Breakfast Ball you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy; the app shows golf yardage, a simple aerial view, and optional score tracking, using your device’s location, heading, and motion only while the app is in use; course, map, and weather data may come from third parties and can be inaccurate or unavailable, so use personal judgment; scorekeeping is optional and stored on your device unless you back it up; we grant you a personal, revocable license and you agree not to misuse or reverse engineer the app; we may update or pause features at any time; the app is provided “as is” without warranties and our liability is limited to the greater of what you paid in the last 12 months or $50; California law governs and California courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
